Terms of Service
Before ordering something, presented in the price list, the client agrees to the rules for the implementation and use of the final product for both personal and commercial purposes, in the following points:
Rights
- We have the right to upload the commission to our galleries and use it as examples of work.
- Forbidden to change art and other finished products without approval, to erase the signature and pass them off as your own.
- We can show the process of work on stream or publish small spoilers on socials.
- If the product needs to be in secret (no stream, no spoilers) until the debute or another date, additional charge will cost 20% from total price of order.
- If you don't want your art to be published, additional charge will cost 50% from total price of order.
Payment
- Full prepayment.
- Payment via Boosty or Paypal.
- No refunds.
- Final price for each option could be higher, depends of details of commission.
- Final price always calculating with 10% fees for paypal / boosty taxes
- Commercial Rights costs 100% from total price of order.
Process of Work
- Work starting only after full payment.
- Deadline depends of the current place on wait list. It can take a time, so we hope on your understanding!
- We accept a light erotic characters/poses
- We accept changes only on the sketch stage.
- We can use some textures from the previous models.
- When ordering art and other services from the price list, the client provides a package of information and references to carry out the necessary task.
- When ordering a Live2D model for Vtuber activities, the client provides a character concept.
If there is none, then the client can order a concept first, and then a model that will be drawn based on the created concept.
- When ordering a concept without further ordering the model, the client is provided with a PNG image of the finished product for further transfer to the artist of the future model, for using as a reference.
- If the client decide to order a model out of OFFX, forbidden to outline the concept when creating a model, without agreement with the concept artist, passing it off as their work.
- In case of violation, OFFX has the right to demand the full amount of the concept, or take the design for themselves and use it for their own purposes (sale it as adoption).
- After finishing a model rigging, the Rigger (Lisek) send only .moc3 file to the client.
- All working and discussion processes comes through Belo, even if you choose Lisek as artist/rigger. It was made for a reason of language barrier and for better performance.
